PDN programmes are delivered by a combination of group workshops, team and individual coaching, and increasingly, innovative client-specific programmes. For example, the firm is currently exploring an e-learning strategy for remote and continual learning for consultants.

Our core market is the mid to large management and technology consulting firms. Our corporate client market, developing internal consulting teams requiring strategy analysis and change management skills, is also strong.  Increasingly, we have found global interest in our programmes dealing with the soft skills of Business Development.

Our ambitious growth plans to support our international clients in Europe and the US means that we seek experienced consultants with exceptional management consulting pedigrees and strong coaching and tutoring skills.

The roles require effective individuals to develop and lead programmes, manage clients and develop new business. This requires a 3-10 day commitment to PDN each month whilst practising consulting in your own business. All our consultants are active practitioners and exemplify the best practices we teach.

In summary, our consultants demonstrate the following experience and knowledge:

  • Management consulting experience with an international firm
  • Experience in training and facilitation, on both group and individual basis
  • A very high level of personal impact and credibility with clients
  • Preferably business development ability, although not essential, but we are actively seeking rainmakers
  • Understanding of how professional development impacts business results
  • Coaching, training development and competency analysis skills are an asset, but not essential
